Complaint
Do you have a complaint? Then we deeply regret that, but of course we are ready to help you. Due to the nature of our products, we ask you to contact us first before returning the items. You can contact us by completing our contact form or by emailing us at info@plant-bloom.com, we will try to help you with your complaint as soon as possible. After receiving your message, you will receive a confirmation from us, after which we will process your complaint.
Shipping
We do everything we can to deliver your order to your home or work as soon as possible. We have therefore chosen USPS as a logistics partner that delivers your package from door to door.
Delivery time and handling: Delivery is handled by USPS Priority mail and will take approximately 3-5 business days.
Delivery cost: The shipping costs are $9.70 (flat-rate). FREE shipping on orders of $49 or more!

Pay later with Klarna
Klarna gives you the option to delay payment for up to 30 days at no extra cost. You don’t need to create an account and there is no credit application either. You will only pay once you have received your order and Klarna sends the payment instructions to your email address.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is very handy and works on the Apple devices you already use every day. You can pay for your order with peace of mind. Every time you buy something, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and a unique transaction code. Your card number is therefore never stored on your device or on Apple’s servers. And when you pay, Apple never shares your card numbers with the seller.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a digital wallet and payment platform from Google. It enables you to pay for transactions with Android devices in-store and on supported websites, mobile apps and Google services, like the Google Play Store.
